Permanent Facility definition
Permanent Facility means a facility that is designed primarily for sewage sludge treatment or sewage sludge composting.
Permanent Facility the revolving credit facility and term loans made available from and after the Effective Date pursuant to section 3.1(a), as approved by the Permanent Order.
