Permanent Facility definition

Permanent Facility means a facility that is designed primarily for sewage sludge treatment or sewage sludge composting.
Permanent Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16.
Permanent Facility the revolving credit facility and term loans made available from and after the Effective Date pursuant to subsection 3.1(a), as approved by the Permanent Order.

Permanent Facility. Developer will construct an approximately 325,000 square foot permanent casino gaming facility on the Development Property which will accommodate up to 2,000 gaming positions. The Permanent Facility will be supported, at a minimum, by the following amenities:
