Performance Plan definition

Performance Plan means a plan drafted or adopted, according to the case, by air traffic service providers and the Network Manager and aimed at improving the performance of air navigation services and network functions;
Performance Plan means any or all of the following: (i) the Goodyear Performance Recognition Plan, (ii) the Management Incentive Plan for any Performance Plan Year, or (iii) a Performance Grant, (payouts, if any, in respect of which would be made in the year following the applicable Performance Plan Period), as approved by the Compensation Committee, or any plan designated by the Compensation Committee as the successor to any such plan.
Performance Plan has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 7.01(d).

Examples of Performance Plan in a sentence

  • The parties will conclude a new Performance Agreement and Performance Plan that replaces this Agreement at least once a year by not later than the beginning of each successive financial year.

More Definitions of Performance Plan

Performance Plan means a description of the goals and values to be accomplished by the employee within the performance cycle, with emphasis on the goals and results to be achieved and how those results will be measured.
Performance Plan means all of the written or recorded performance elements setting forth expected performance. A performance plan must include all critical elements and their performance standards. Each performance plan must state the Agency Benchmark Standard described at the “Fully Successful” level. A sample Performance Plan is attached as Appendix 9-1.
