Performance Payment definition

Performance Payment means the payment set out in the Table in paragraph 9.6 of this Contract.

Examples of Performance Payment in a sentence

More Definitions of Performance Payment

Performance Payment means any monthly payment payable by the Enterprises to the Borrower pursuant to Section 11.2, Part 2 of Schedule 4 and Part 2 of Schedule 6 to the Project Agreement.
