Percentages definition

Percentages or "Requisite Lenders" contained in this Agreement.
Percentages as used in this Section 2.3 shall be determined before giving effect to any termination of the Commitments pursuant to Section 8.2 or 8.3.
Percentages means, for each Lender, such Lender's Revolver Percentage, Term A Percentage and Term B Percentage, unless the context in which such term is used shall otherwise require.

More Definitions of Percentages

Percentages means a Member’s pro-rata ownership of the issued and outstanding (not treasury) Units.

As an example, if there are no increases in the first two years and a 4% increase in the third year, Lessee pays that amount of increase.
