This authority is a prohibited subject of bargaining under the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA).
Consultant shall reimburse the City for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City of Pueblo to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a PERA retiree performing contracted services for the City under this Agreement.
