Penske. “Sunbelt Rentals”, “United Rentals”, “ARI”, “LeasePlan”, “PHH”, “U-Haul”, “Virgin” or “Wheels” and (ii) any other Person that HVF II reasonably determines to be a competitor of HVF II or any of its Affiliates, who has been identified in a written notice delivered to the Administrative Agent, each Funding Agent, each Committed Note Purchaser and each Conduit Investor and (iii) any Affiliate of any of the foregoing.
