Pensioners definition

Pensioners means retired property owners who reached the age of sixty (60) years;
Pensioners means a person who has a vested right to a pension on account of previous employment in Pensionable Service and received a pension award in accordance with the Public Service Pensions Act, 1992 as amended in 2004, no later than in the month prior to independence, or June 2011.
Pensioners shall have the meaning ascribed in the Act;

Pensioners means an employee eligible for pension under these regulations;
