Pension Rules definition

Pension Rules means the Pension Act and Regulations, as amended from time to time;
Pension Rules means the Pension Act and Pension Regulations, collectively.
Pension Rules means the Pension Rules for Personal Retirement Schemes issued in terms of the Act by the MFSA as may from time to time be amended or varied. "Member" means a person admitted as a Member in accordance with Rule 13 and "Membership" has a corresponding meaning.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Pension Rules and/or this Agreement with the Tax Act, then the Tax Act will prevail to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

  • A regular employee who is age 55 years or older and is entitled to receive a pension under the Public Service Pension Plan Rules, as of the effective date of layoff, and who has opted for and is entitled to severance pay pursuant to this article shall, upon application, be entitled to purchase all or part of any eligible service for which no contributions were made, as permitted by the Public Service Pension Rules.

  • If any provision of the Pension Rules or Tax Act which is cited in this Contract is renumbered due to an amendment in the law, then that reference is to be considered to be to the provision as renumbered.

  • If any provision of the Pension Rules or Tax Act referred to in this Agreement is renumbered due to a change in law, then that reference is to be considered to be to the provision as renumbered.


More Definitions of Pension Rules

Pension Rules means a document prepared by a Pension provider setting forth the conditions and procedures for making contributions and applying for benefits.
Pension Rules means rules issued by the competent authority in accordance with article 38(2), under various articles of this Act and under any regulations made thereunder;
