The foregoing requirements for deposit from the Collection Account shall be exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments in the nature of late payment charges, bad check fees, prepayment penalties that are not Prepayment Penalties, Originator Prepayment Penalty Payment Amounts or Servicer Prepayment Penalty Payment Amounts, assumption fees and other similar fees need not be deposited by the Servicer in the Collection Account.
