More Definitions of PEG Access

PEG Access or "PEG" means the availability of a cable or state franchise holder’s system for public, educational, or governmental use by various agencies, institutions, organizations, groups, and individuals, including organizations, groups, or individual members of the general public, educational institutions, and the City and its designated access providers, to acquire, create, and distribute programming not under a state franchise holder's editorial control.
PEG Access means the public, educational and governmental access to a channel on the Telecommunications System dedicated by Telepak to the City under this Agreement.
PEG Access means public, educational, governmental and other public interest programming channels, equipment, facilities, funding, or operations as the context may require.
PEG Access means Public Access Channels, Educational Access Channels and Government Access Channels collectively cablecast in standard definition and high definition.

Unused time on the channel position may be utilized by Franchisee subject to the provisions for fallow time as set forth in Section 14.3 of this Agreement.
