Payments Current. All payments required to be made up to the related Closing Date for the Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note, other than payments for which the related due date was not thirty (30) or more days prior to the related Closing Date, have been made and credited. No Mortgage Loan has been delinquent for thirty (30) or more days at any time since the origination of the Mortgage Loan;
