PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE. For each Referred Client, Recipient Broker/Agent shall pay ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ 35% of the gross compensation earned (“Referral Fee”) on any applicable side in connection with the sale and purchase of real property by such Referred Client if closing occurs within 18 months after ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s Last Action Date. Last Action Dates include promotion to the Referred Client of the Recipient Broker/Agent via the Home Buyer/Seller Recommendation Report, operational/telephonic referrals and/or appointments placed with the Recipient Broker/Agent, referral action/activity in the Agent Portal, and any other correspondence reinforcing such referral. Listing Agreements and/or Buyer Representation Agreements executed within this 18-month timeline will also result in a Referral Fee owed upon closing, regardless of the closing date. In the event Recipient Broker/Agent provides the Referred Clients information to another Agent in the brokerage and the Referred Client closes with that Agent, a Referral Fee will be due and that agent shall also be considered a Recipient Agent for the purposes of this Agreement. Recipient Broker/Agent shall either (i) direct the escrow/closing agent to pay the Referral Fee to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at closing or (ii) pay the Referral Fee directly to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within 15 calendar days of closing. GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVER: ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefit to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%.
PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE. (a) Upon a Referral becoming a Qualified Referral, simPRO shall pay the Referrer the Referral Fee for a period of 30 months from the date that simPRO receives the Referral Form relating to that Qualified Referral.
(b) The Referral Fee shall be paid to the Referrer within fifteen (15) days of the end of the calendar month in which a payment for the Products by the Qualified Referral is received by simPRO.

Recipient Broker/Agent shall either (i) direct the escrow/closing agent to pay the Referral Fee to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at closing or (ii) pay the Referral Fee directly to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within 15 calendar days of closing.

Client acknowledges that attorney (fill in name) who referred the case to this Attorney/firm will receive a referral fee of (fill in percentage) of all sums paid in this matter. The Referral Fees and GAP Referral Fees shall be payable by the Company to Atlantic on the 15th day of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement for all Contracts which are actually purchased from any Referred Dealer and funded by the Company during the previous 30-day period.
PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE. Service Provider shall refer Customers to ICICI Bank in respect to the products and services. The Service Provider will, unless disputed by ICICI Bank, be paid a referral fee as specified in Schedule I hereto for the Services. The aforesaid fee may be revised by ICICI Bank and the revised fees will be communicated to the Service Provider in writing. Such fees shall be net of any amounts payable by the Service Provider to ICICI Bank or its affiliates, under this Agreement or in respect of any other arrangement entered into by the Service Provider with ICICI Bank or its affiliates, including but not limited to service tax, courier expense and all other costs, expenses, taxes as may be or become payable in relation to the Services.
PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE. You will direct the escrow company, attorney or other party handling the closing of any transaction in which a referral fee is due to pay the referral fee at closing directly to the ERA Relocation Center and to identify the referral fee paid with the referral transaction number. If the escrow company, attorney or other party handling the closing of a transaction fails or refuses to do so, you will pay the referral fee to the ERA Relocation Center within three (3) days after the closing of any transaction on which that fee is due. You shall pay the fee in cash, check or certified funds and identify the referral fee with the referral transaction number.
PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE. Recipient Brokerage shall, to the maximum extent possible, ensure that payment of any Referral Fee to Referring Brokerage generated as a result of a sale or purchase of Property, shall be made by and through that escrow company or law firm facilitating the transaction, upon the closing of escrow. Payments of any Referral Fee generated as a result of a lease agreement shall be made directly by Recipient Brokerage to Referring Brokerage pursuant to any payment instructions furnished to Recipient Brokerage by Referring Brokerage.
