Examples of Payment Differential in a sentence
The term "Payment Differential" shall mean an amount equal to (i) the Note Rate less the Reinvestment Yield, divided by (ii) twelve (12) and multiplied by (iii) the principal sum outstanding under this Note after application of the constant monthly payment due under this Note on the date of such prepayment, provided that the Payment Differential shall in no event be less than zero.
