Party(s) definition

Party(s) means the MoT and Representative, and their successors and permitted assigns.
Party(s) shall have a corresponding meaning;
Party(s) refers to OPC and/or Affiliate and to any of their subsidiaries, parents and assignees.

Party(s) means, in the singular, either of the Contracting Entity and the Licensed Entity, and in the plural, both entities together.
Party(s) means both the Licensor and the Licensee acting together for the purposes of enabling as applicable specific parts or part thereof of this Agreement;

Party(s) respective address set forth above shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding in the State of Texas with respect to any matters to which it has submitted to jurisdiction in this Section 12.
