Partner Product definition

Partner Product means the Partner: (i) cloud-based or on-premise software (or components thereof), API, software development kits “SDK(s)”, any functionality and/or data provided by such software, APIs or SDKs, and any documentation and any Partner Updates thereto, and/or (ii) services.

Partner Product. “ means any software programs, development kits, protection mechanisms, plugins, connectors, extensions, scripts or any other software developed and branded by, or for, Partner, together with all new versions, modifications, updates, patches, improvements, enhancements, extensions, or similar derived works thereto; (ii) any complete or partial copies of the foregoing; (iii) Documentation, and (iv) derived works of all the foregoing, submitted by Partner to UiPath for consideration for distribution through the Marketplace.

Partner Product means any product that contains an Identified Compound, but excluding any Company Product.

• If Partner provides Xxxxx with access to a Partner Product and unless the parties have executed a separate wrien agreement governing Wazuh’s use of the Partner Products, Partner grants Wazuh a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use such Partner Products, in compliance with the terms and conditions of these Partner Terms for the Non-Production Integration Purpose.

• Except for the limited license(s) expressly granted to Wazuh in the Partner Terms, all right, title and interest in and to the Partner Product, including the concepts and technology inherent in the Partner Products, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, shall at all times remain relative to Wazuh, the sole and exclusive property of Partner.
