Partner Country definition

Partner Country means the country/countries in which the Services are to be delivered as specified in the Agreement Details in schedule 2.
Partner Country means any State or regional organisation that enters into a Partnership Agreement, as listed in Annex I;
Partner Country means a country applying a set of export control measures substantially equivalent to those set out in this Regu­ lation, as identified in Annex VIII;

Partner Country means a country that is a signatory to the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement, a country that is listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 232/2014, a country that is eligible for geographic cooperation under Regulation (EU) No 233/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, or a beneficiary in the Western Balkans listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 231/2014*;
Partner Country. Means the country or countries set out in Item 8 of the Agreement Details in which the Services are to be delivered. Personal Information: information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion, as set out in Section 6 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Partner Country means the country (other than Australia) in which the Services are to be delivered in whole or in part.
