Participating Noteholders definition

Participating Noteholders means each of the Third Party Holders party to the Restructuring Agreement.

Participating Noteholders means those Holders of the UPC Notes (other than the UGC Group) who are party to the Restructuring Agreement.

Participating Noteholders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(i).
