Participating Holder definition
Participating Holder means any Holder of Registrable Securities that has returned a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Company in accordance with Section 2(b) hereof.
Participating Holder means, with respect to any Registration, any Holder of Registrable Securities covered by the applicable Registration Statement.
Participating Holder means any Holder on whose behalf Registrable Securities are registered pursuant to Articles II, III or IV hereof.

Each Participating Holder agrees that upon receipt of any notice from the Company under Section 2.4(e)(v), such Participating Holder will discontinue its disposition of Registrable Securities pursuant to the registration statement covering such Registrable Securities until such Participating Holder’s receipt of the copies of the supplemented or amended prospectus.
