Partial Offer definition

Partial Offer means the pre-conditional voluntary partial cash offer to be made by ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited on behalf of the Offeror to the shareholders of KLN to acquire 931,209,117 KLN Shares on the terms and conditions set out in the Joint Announcement;
