Partial Offer means the pre-conditional voluntary partial cash offer to be made by X.X. Xxxxxx Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited on behalf of the Offeror to the shareholders of KLN to acquire 931,209,117 KLN Shares on the terms and conditions set out in the Joint Announcement;
