Parking Lease definition

Parking Lease shall have the meaning assigned in Section 1.1(a).

Parking Lease means the Parking Lease, dated as of June 19, 2000, by and between Xxxxxxxxxx Harbor Parking Associates, LLC, as lessor, and Xxxxx Indiana, Inc., as lessee, as the same is in effect on the Issue Date (and any renewals or replacements thereof or amendments thereto so long as the terms of such renewals, replacements or amendments are not less favorable to the Holders in any material respect).

Parking Lease means, collectively, that certain Indenture of Lease and that certain ground lease relating to the Individual Property known as Wyndham Atlanta American as more particularly described on Schedule 1.5 hereto.

More Definitions of Parking Lease

Parking Lease means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, (a) the Dallas Parking Lease, (b) the Portland Parking Lease, and (c) any New Dallas Parking Lease.

Parking Lease means the collective reference to the following: (i) the Lease Agreement dated June 20, 1972 among Rekab, Inc., landlord, Diplomat Parking Corporation, tenant, and Xxxxxx Realty Company, managing agent; (ii) the First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated May 28, 1991 among Rekab, Inc., landlord, Diplomat Parking Corporation, tenant, and Xxxxxx Realty Company, managing agent; (iii) the Second Amendment to Lease entered into April 30, 1996 among 1709 Limited Partnership, as successor-in-interest to Rekab, Inc., landlord, Diplomat Parking Corporation, tenant, and QDC Property Management, Inc., managing agent; (iv) Second Amendment to Lease entered into as of April 30, 1996 between 1709 L.P., landlord, Diplomat Parking Corporation, tenant, and QDC Property Management, Inc., managing agent; (v) Consent to Assignment and Agreement dated October 1, 1997 among 1709 L.P., landlord, Diplomat Parking Corporation, tenant, Central Parking Corporation, guarantor, and QDC Property Management, Inc., managing agent; (vi) Guaranty dated October 1, 1997 by Central Parking Corporation, guarantor, in favor of 1709 L.P.; (vii) letter dated April 9, 2001 from Xxxx X. Xxxx, general manager of Central Parking Corporation to the Building Manager; and (viii) letter dated May 29, 2001 from the Building Manager and signed by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Vice President of Central Parking Corporation.

Parking Lease means collectively, (i) the Parking Lot Lease dated as of May __,2008, by and between Sunset Studios Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Xxxxxxx, (ii) the Agreement, dated September 28, 2006, executed by GI Partners Studios, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (predecessor-in-interest to Gower) and Xxxx Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxx, as Trustees of the Xxxx Family Trust dated June 7, 1990 and (iii) the License Agreement, dated October __, 2006, executed by GI Partner Studios, LLC (predecessor-in-interest to Gower), and East West Studios, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, each, as heretofore or hereafter amended or modified from time to time.
