Parking Charge definition

Parking Charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;
Parking Charge means the amount payable in respect of a parking stay in a parking place as defined in Article 8 to this Order;
Parking Charge means an amount specified in Article 17(1) which is payable, subject to the provisions of this Order, by using the electronic payment system in accordance with Article 18, in respect of a vehicle left in a parking place referred to in Schedule 1 or 2;

More Definitions of Parking Charge

Parking Charge means the parking charge of £70 charged to a person whohas committed a Parking Contravention at the Enforcement Site and has been issued with a Parking Charge Notice in respect of that Parking Contravention; reduced to £35 if paid within the first fourteen days.
Parking Charge means the charge for parking in a Pay and Display Parking Place;

Parking Charge means any charge set by the Council for leaving a vehicle in a parking place authorised by this Order.
