ParentCo definition
ParentCo shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
ParentCo means Roth CH Acquisition I Co. Parent Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of ROCH, prior to the consummation of the Business Combination.
ParentCo shall have the meaning given in the Preamble and includes Parentco’s successors by recapitalization, merger, consolidation, spin-off, reorganization or similar transaction.
