Parent Shareholder definition

Parent Shareholder means a holder of Parent Shares.
Parent Shareholder is defined in Section 2.2(c).
Parent Shareholder means a holder of one or more Parent Common Shares.

Parent Shareholder means a person recorded as the holder of Parent Ordinary Shares as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
