Parent Property definition

Parent Property means each real property, or interest therein, owned, or leased (including ground leased) as lessee or sublessee, by Parent or any Parent Subsidiary as of the date of this Agreement (including all of Parent’s or any Parent Subsidiary’s right, title and interest in and to buildings, structures and other improvements and fixtures located on or under such real property and all easements, rights and other appurtenances to such real property).

Parent Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.16.

Examples of Parent Property in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions hereof, the Developer must convene the first AGM within 60 (Sixty) days of the transfer of 60% (Sixty) of the Land Units arising from the subdivision of the Parent Property or within a period of 2 (two) Years of the transfer of the first Land Units, whichever is the earlier.

  • Such development may involve the establishment of resorts, business and commercial premises, education facilities, multiple unit developments and high - quality residential units on various portions of the Parent Property so designed as to facilitate an aesthetic and harmonious style blending with the environment.

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.02(u) of the Parent Disclosure Letter, no Parent Property whose fair market value on the date of this Agreement is greater than $10,000,000 is subject to any pending sale or disposition transaction.
