The Company will furnish to any Holder of a Parent Note upon written request and without charge a copy of the Indenture.
For the avoidance of doubt, the approval of a majority of the Continuing Directors shall not be required to authorize any payments required to be made by the Company, pursuant to, or to otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of, the Parent Note.
Each Holder, by accepting a Parent Note, agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Indenture, as the same may be amended from time to time.
