Parcels definition

Parcels means a property within the District, identified by either a tax map identification number assigned by the Appraisal District for real property tax purposes, by metes and bounds description, or by lot and block number in a final subdivision plat recorded in the official public records of the County, or by any other means determined by the City.
Parcels means the aggregate of the one or more areas of land described in a certificate of title or described in a certificate of title by reference to a plan filed or registered in a Land Titles Office;
Parcels means a lot or parcel within the CFD shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map with an assigned Assessor's Parcel Number valid as of July 1st for the Fiscal Year for which the Special Tax is being levied.

  • Prior to commencement of any access or investigative activities on the Development Parcels, Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall obtain or cause the Developer Parties, with respect to their access and investigative activities, to obtain, such types and amounts of insurance coverage as set forth in Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Parcels

Parcels is defined in Recital 1.
