Panel Bank definition

Panel Bank means a bank with a place on the administrator of LIBOR’s panel (the BBA’s panel during the Relevant Period) for contributing LIBOR submissions in one or more currencies;
Panel Bank means a supervised entity that contributes Input Data to NoRe located within the European Economic Area that meets the criteria for inclusion on the Benchmarks panel as is either:• a credit institution as defined in point 1 of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council;• an investment firm as defined in point (1) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU;• an insurance undertaking as defined in point (1) of Article 13 of Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Panel Bank means a bank with a place on the BBA panel for contributing LIBOR submissions in one or more currencies.

Panel Bank means each bank awarded with the reference bank status in accordance with the CNB Notification which submits data for calculation of PRIBOR.
