Palliative Treatment means only those procedures which alleviate pain or discomfort.

Palliative Treatment means treatment intended only to improve the quality of the Insured’s life in the case of a life threatening Covered Cancer by relieving pain or alleviating other symptoms of the Covered Cancer and/or complication(s) thereof, or the side effects of its/their treatment, without any attempt at its/their cure.
