Packaging Specifications means, with respect to each Product to be Manufactured hereunder, the written specifications for the packaging of such Product as set forth in the applicable Product Appendix, as such specifications may be amended from time-to-time by written agreement of the Parties.

More Definitions of Packaging Specifications

Packaging Specifications means each of the specifications for the packaging of the Products in a pouch/sachet (but for the avoidance of doubt not cartoned) as annexed in Schedule Four Part A and as listed in the relevant Quality Agreement signed for the purposes of identification by each party, as amended from time to time.

Packaging Specifications means the requirements and standards for the Packaging of Tablets as set forth in the NDA, as amended or supplemented in accordance with this Agreement.

Packaging Specifications means the packaging process and format to be agreed upon by the parties with respect to each Product and set forth in the applicable specification.

Packaging Specifications means the specifications of the primary and secondary packaging components for the Placebo, the Clinical Product and the Finished Product included in Schedules 2.3.1(a), 2.3.1(b) and 2.3.1(c) attached to the Supply Agreement, as such Packaging Specifications may be amended from time to time.

Packaging Specifications means the packaging and labeling specifications for the Product attached hereto as Exhibit 2 and made a part hereof, as such specifications may be amended from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Quality Agreement.
