Packaging Services definition
Packaging Services means those services that Licensee provides to Customers utilizing the Software for the purpose of rationalizing and/or creating application packages for deployment within Customer’s internal organization.
Packaging Services means the packaging and related services performed or to be performed by Patheon hereunder to accept Bulk Product and package it into Fully Packaged Product after the Effective Date and prior to the Manufacturing Commencement Date.
Packaging Services means packaging services for the Products.

Upon completion or termination of the Packaging Services for a Customer (the “Expiration Date”), Licensee will cease using the applicable licenses for such Customer.

Packaging Services means: (i) selected pre-production services (as detailed on Schedule A); (ii) selection of raw material suppliers; (iii) ordering raw materials from various suppliers; (iv) assembly; (v) arranging shipment of finished units of Components from point of manufacture to shipment locations identified by WMI; and (vi) inventory control with respect to the foregoing, all of the foregoing for Optical Discs only.
Packaging Services means the packaging of the Product(s) (as defined hereafter) by Pharmaspray according to the Quality Manual (as defined hereafter) and other specific instructions of Medtech.
