Pacific definition

Pacific has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Pacific means Pacific Enterprises, a California corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, California, and includes its successors and assigns, and its parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees acting for or on behalf of any of them.
Pacific means Pacific Indemnity Company, a California corporation.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Pacific time (daylight or standard, as applicable).

  • Payments of principal and/or interest received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific time are considered received at the opening of business on the next Business Day.
