Owner’s Group means (i) Owners’ Affiliates; (ii) the Technical Managers and any other contractors and subcontractors (of any tier) of Owners or their Affiliates; (iii) the directors, officers and employees of Owners or any person falling within (i) or (ii); and (iv) to the extent not already included in the foregoing, the master, officers and crew of the Vessel.
