Owner’s Authorized Representative definition
Owner’s Authorized Representative means the Person who Owners designate in writing to act on behalf of the Owners under this Agreement.
Owner’s Authorized Representative. A designated representative fully acquainted with the project with authority to render decisions necessary to expedite the project.
Owner’s Authorized Representative means PERSON, means an entity doing business as a sole proprietorship, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a limited liability company or partnership, or any other entity possessing the legal capacity to contract. PLANS, means the drawings which show the location, type, dimensions, and details of the Work to be done under the Contract. PUNCHLIST, means the list of Work yet to be completed or deficiencies which need to be corrected in order to achieve Final Completion of the Contract.

Pending a final resolution, Owner shall pay the CM/GC the amount of the application for payment approved by the Owner’s Authorized Representative.
