Owner Permits definition

Owner Permits means the Permits listed in Attachment Q and any other Permits (not listed in either Attachment P or Attachment Q) necessary for performance of the Work or the operation of the Liquefaction Facility and which are required to be obtained in Owner’s name pursuant to Applicable Law.
Owner Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.8.
Owner Permits means all Applicable Permits set forth on Part II of Exhibit C.

Examples of Owner Permits in a sentence

  • Owner shall maintain and, to the extent applicable, renew such Owner Permits.

  • To the extent Owner has already obtained any of the Owner Permits as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Owner shall provide copies of such Owner Permits to Contractor on or before the Effective Date.

  • To the extent Owner has not obtained any Owner Permits prior to the Effective Date, Owner shall obtain such Owner Permits in accordance with the schedule contained in Attachment Q and Owner shall provide Contractor with complete copies of such Owner Permits within five (5) Business Days after obtaining them.

  • It is the holder of or will take the necessary action to obtain all Owner Permits under Attachment Q.

  • Contractor shall not be responsible for providing (i) the Owner Permits; (ii) LNG; (iii) those requirements set forth under Sections 4.3, 4.4 and 4.8; (iv) legal description of the Site and a survey of the Site showing the boundaries of the Site and one survey control point pursuant to Section 4.6; and (v) any other obligations or requirements set forth in this Agreement as required to be performed by Owner.


More Definitions of Owner Permits

Owner Permits means those Permits required to be obtained by Owner, as set forth on Exhibit H.
Owner Permits means all Permits required to be obtained from governmental authorities pursuant to Laws that the Purchaser needs to own and operate the System and which the Purchaser would have had to obtain if it were constructing the System itself. Exhibit K contains a sample list of Owner Permits; provided that such list is not meant to be complete or exclusive. PARTY(IES) means either of the Purchaser and/or the Contractor, as appropriate.
Owner Permits means the Government Approvals identified as Owner Permits in Exhibit C. [**]
