Owned Technology definition
Owned Technology means any and all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the Technology that the Company purports to own as set forth in its securities filings, on its website, and in other public statements.
Owned Technology means any Technology owned or purported to be owned by an Acquired Company or that is otherwise included in or protected by the Owned Intellectual Property Rights. The Owned Technology includes the Owned Software and the Company Products.
Owned Technology means any tangible embodiments of Intellectual Property (including Technology and Trade Secrets), in each case owned or purported to be owned by Sellers or any of their Subsidiaries.
Examples of Owned Technology in a sentence
No material Trade Secrets included in the Owned Intellectual Property or Owned Technology have been disclosed or authorized to be disclosed to any Person, other than in the Ordinary Course pursuant to a written non-disclosure agreement.
Except as would not be adverse to the Business, Sellers or their Subsidiaries are in possession of or have access to all Owned Technology.

Owned Technology has the meaning given to it in Subsection 4.1(vv);
Owned Technology means all Technology that is owned, purported to be owned (in each case whether owned singularly or jointly with a third party or parties), or filed by, assigned to or held in the name of, or exclusively licensed to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
