Own Use definition

Own Use means the act of Commercialization and/or the act of registration of the Licensed Product in the Territory for use in the Field.
Own Use means use that does not include a sale, exchange or other disposition of trees destroyed or injured.
Own Use in relation to services means applying the services for non-business use;

  • Further, Authorized Health care Provider shall not include companies that provide home delivery services, Internet ordering and delivery services, or similar services, unless such services are provided as a part of an Authorized Health Care Provider’s Own Use.

More Definitions of Own Use

Own Use means a use by the owner that does not include the sale, exchange, barter or other disposition of trees harvested, injured or destroyed.

Own Use means the manufactured product can only be used by those who manufactured it and is not transferable either commercially or in kind.
Own Use. All purchases under this Agreement will be for Buyer’s “own use” as that term is defined in judicial or legislative interpretation and not for resale to anyone other than the end user. Cardinal Health may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event it reasonably determines that Buyer is in breach of this paragraph.
