Owing Party definition

Owing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • If the Owing Party fails to make a payment under this subsection 16(h), then the Receiving Party shall have the right, by providing written notice to the Owing Party at any time after the Owing Party fails to pay, to require payment of all monies owed under all of the contracts subject to this Section within three (3) Business Days of receipt of the written notice.
