Overseas Player definition

Overseas Player means any player who plays the game of football in any country other than England and is recognised as such by their National Association.
Overseas Player means a Player who has been Registered with, or Played for, a club or other rugby organisation affiliated to another national union after the Premier Competition Cut-Off Date (for the avoidance of doubt this will not include a Player playing only for a national representative team or touring team).
Overseas Player means any player who is not an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.
