Storage Charges will accrue and become payable in accordance with these terms and conditions by the Warehouser when the Outturn Entitlement is outturned or is Title Transferred.
The College shall provide the Department with, as a minimum, information on a monthly basis which will enable the satisfactory monitoring by the Department of: • the College’s cash management; • its drawdown of any grant-in-aid requirement; • the expenditure for that month; • forecast outturn by resource headings; and • other data required for the DoF Outturn and Forecast Outturn Return.
