Upon making such determination, the Servicer shall promptly, and in any event no more than one Business Day thereafter (or, if the Servicer fails to act, the Noteholders representing not less than a majority of the Outstanding Note Balance or the Majority Certificateholders may), so notify the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee.
At the option of the related Noteholder, Notes may be exchanged for other Notes in any authorized denominations, of the same Class and a like Outstanding Note Balance, upon surrender of the Notes to be exchanged at such office or agency.
