The Issuer shall redeem all, but not some only, of the outstanding Bonds in full on the Final Maturity Date with an amount per Bond equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.
For the purpose of calculating the aggregate Outstanding Nominal Amount of the Bonds, any Bonds held by any Group Company shall not be included.
However, the registered holder of such Notes named in the Uncertificated Securities Register will be treated by the Issuer, the Paying Agent, the Transfer Agent and the CSD as the holder of that Outstanding Nominal Amount of such Notes for all purposes.

The Programme Amount will only apply to Notes issued under the Programme in an aggregate Outstanding Nominal Amount which does not exceed the Programme Amount.
