Outstanding Nominal Amount definition

Outstanding Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount less any repayments and amortisations made.
Outstanding Nominal Amount means, in respect of a Security, an amount equal to its Specified Denomination as reduced from time to time in accordance with Asset Term 2.2 (Reduction in Outstanding Nominal Amount following Event Determination Date);
Outstanding Nominal Amount means the total aggregate Nominal Amount of the Bonds reduced by any amount redeemed, repaid and prepaid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Outstanding Nominal Amount in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall redeem all, but not some only, of the outstanding Bonds in full on the Final Maturity Date with an amount per Bond equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.

  • For clarification, the amounts which are payable under the Securities will continue to be determined by reference to the settlement provisions of the Reference CDS, and at the times and in the manner provided for therein and in these Asset Terms and the Outstanding Nominal Amount of each Security shall continue to be reduced by the applicable Credit Event Writedown Amount with effect from and including the Event Determination Date.

  • The Issuer shall redeem all, but not only some, of the outstanding Bonds in full on the Final Maturity Date with an amount per Bond equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.

More Definitions of Outstanding Nominal Amount

Outstanding Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount less the aggregate amount by which each Bond has been partly repaid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Outstanding Nominal Amount means the outstanding Nominal Amount of each Note from time to time taking into account any prepayments made on the Notes.
Outstanding Nominal Amount means the outstanding Nominal Amount of each Bond from time to time taking into account any prepayments made on the Bonds.
