Outstanding Nominal Amount definition

Outstanding Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount less any repayments and amortisations made.
Outstanding Nominal Amount means, in respect of a Security, an amount equal to its Specified Denomination as reduced from time to time in accordance with Asset Term 2.2 (Reduction in Outstanding Nominal Amount following Event Determination Date);
Outstanding Nominal Amount means the total aggregate Nominal Amount of the Bonds reduced by any amount redeemed, repaid and prepaid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Outstanding Nominal Amount in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall redeem all, but not some only, of the outstanding Bonds in full on the Final Maturity Date with an amount per Bond equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.

  • For the purpose of calculating the aggregate Outstanding Nominal Amount of the Bonds, any Bonds held by any Group Company shall not be included.

  • However, the registered holder of such Notes named in the Uncertificated Securities Register will be treated by the Issuer, the Paying Agent, the Transfer Agent and the CSD as the holder of that Outstanding Nominal Amount of such Notes for all purposes.

  • Should the Issuer or a Group Company receive compensation under an insurance policy, such proceeds shall be promptly applied for replacement and/or repair of assets, and if not so applied within six (6) months such amount, if in excess of SEK 10,000,000, shall be applied in full towards partial repayment on outstanding Bonds (at par) by way of reducing the Outstanding Nominal Amount of each Bond pro rata (rounded down to the nearest SEK 1,000).

  • The Programme Amount will only apply to Notes issued under the Programme in an aggregate Outstanding Nominal Amount which does not exceed the Programme Amount.


More Definitions of Outstanding Nominal Amount

Outstanding Nominal Amount means the Nominal Amount less the aggregate amount by which each Bond has been partly repaid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
