Outstanding Items definition

Outstanding Items has the meaning specified in Section 6.18.
Outstanding Items means items within the scope of the Works which the Superintendent (in its discretion) considers do no prevent the Works from being lawfully used in accordance with their intended purposes and the existence and rectification or completion of which, in the opinion of the Superintendent, will not materially adversely affect the convenient use of the Works.
Outstanding Items has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(z).

  • Each Party acknowledges that any such Working Outstanding Items List is not a Punchlist, regardless of any title or moniker written thereon.
