Outlets definition

Outlets means the service stations, dealerships, depots and fuel dispensing facilities owned or operated by applicable fuel companies and/or their agents or franchises where the Card can be used.
Outlets means the physical address(es) of each place of business from which the Agent or its staff or dealer may provide SCHEME services to Customers, which addresses shall be agreed upon mutually between the Parties, and are detailed in Appendix D hereto as updated from time to time during the Agreement Period.

More Definitions of Outlets

Outlets means all retail stores (except thrift stores) selling food to the general public and all restaurant, fast food, military and institutional accounts, in each case which allow direct store delivery (DSD) of Products and/or Authorized Products, except those exempt from this Agreement as set forth in Article VII, below.
