Examples of Outdoor Dining Area in a sentence
All customers at a table may only purchase or consume food and alcohol from a single licensee associated with the Communal Outdoor Dining Area.
Outdoor Dining Area shall mean a designated area on the premises of a retail food establishment or restaurant, but outside the principal building, and where patrons may sit at tables while consuming food and beverages ordered from and served by a wait staff.
Outdoor Dining Area - Outdoor dining areas on private property are permitted as accessory uses provided they are located a minimum of 75 feet from a residential zoning district; are screened with the use of landscaping and/or fencing; provide a minimum four (4) foot wide sidewalk clearance; any fencing or other barricade cannot block the entrance to the restaurant.
Non-intoxicating beer shall be served and consumed only on the enclosed or bounded portion of the public sidewalk designated and permitted by the City as an Outdoor Dining Area.
