Our Material definition
Our Material means any information, document, file, record, electronic image, cinematographic film, video, equipment, software or data stored by any means which is given to You by Us for the purposes of providing the Services, including all copies and extracts;
Our Material means any Material provided by us to you for the purpose of this Agreement and includes Material copied or derived from Our Material.
Our Material means any property, information, documentation or other material in whatever form, including any reports, specifications, business rules or requirements, user manuals, user guides, operations manuals, training materials and instructions provided to the you by us for the purpose of the Contract. party or parties means you or us. Price means the price for the Goods and/or Services as specified in the Order. Project IP means IP Rights discovered or coming into existence as a result of, for the purposes of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or the performance of the Services in accordance with the Contract, but does not include the Consultant Background IP. Services mean the services or any part of the services as specified in the Order. Site means the part of the Airport where the Goods are to be delivered and/or the Services are to be performed. Standards means all industry standards and government regulations applicable to the Goods and/or Services. Tax Invoice has the same meaning as in the GST Act.

We do not undertake to keep our Platform up-to-date and we are not liable if Our Material is inaccurate or out-of-date.
While we use reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Our Material, to the extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranty regarding Our Material.
At the expiration of this MOU or at the earlier end of this MOU, You will return to Us all Our Material remaining in Your possession, or under Your control, unless We before this time otherwise agree in writing.
Subject to paragraph (b), We permit You to Use Our Material for, and only for, these purposes.
At the End Date or at the earlier termination of this Agreement, You must return to Us all Our Material remaining in Your possession, or under Your control, unless, before the End Date or earlier termination, We otherwise agree in writing.
More Definitions of Our Material
Our Material means any Material We provide to You for the purposes of this Agreement or which is copied or derived from that Material. "Our Material" does not however include Agreement Material (the definition of "Agreement Material" is in clause 1).
Our Material means content, data and materials (including but not limited to information, reports, reviews, comment and opinion) delivered to you as part of the Services (whether on a computer screen, in email or paper format) or contained in the Websites, including the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software and applets;
Our Material has the meaning given in clause 18.1.

Performance Measures means the performance measures, key performance indicators and milestones set out at Item 7 that provide a basis for reviewing and evaluating the Funded Activity’s objectives and outcomes.
Our Material means all Intellectual Property, images, materials and information we supply or make available to you and includes Intellectual Property that we create in providing the Services. Party means a party to our Agreement: you or us. Price includes the price set out in the Proposal or these Terms, the price of any Extra Services and any other actual and reasonable expenses we incur in providing the Services or Extra Services.
Our Material has the meaning given in clause 12.1.
