This Agreement and the Other Settlement Agreements supersede all previous negotiations, representations and discussions by the parties hereto and thereto concerning the subject matter hereof and thereof, and integrate the whole of all of their agreements and understanding concerning same.

More Definitions of Other Settlement

Other Settlement means any settlement agreement or binding term sheet between Exchange-Based Plaintiffs and any other Defendant involving this Action that has been entered before, or that Lead Counsel believes, in good faith, will be submitted to the Court up to 30 days after, the Settlement Agreement is submitted to the Court for final notice and approval purposes.
