Other Senior Notes means the securities issued on the date hereof and the exchange securities issued in exchange therefor evidencing indebtedness under the Company's Senior (Secured) Notes due 2011, Senior (Secured) Notes due 2012 and Senior (Secured) Notes due 2015.
