The Parent Borrower will maintain or enter into for a period of not less than three years after the Amendment/Restatement Effective Date one or more Hedging Agreements, the effect of which shall be to fix or limit the interest cost to the Parent Borrower with respect to at least 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans, the ▇▇▇▇▇, the Senior Notes, any Subordinated Debt and any Other Permitted Debt.
