Other Antitrust Laws definition

Other Antitrust Laws means the antitrust and competition Laws of all jurisdictions other than those of the United States.
Other Antitrust Laws means any Law enacted by any Governmental Authority relating to antitrust matters or regulating competition.
Other Antitrust Laws means any Law, other than the HSR Act, enacted by any Governmental Authority relating to antitrust matters or regulating competition.

More Definitions of Other Antitrust Laws

Other Antitrust Laws means any Law enacted by any Governmental Authority relating to antitrust matters or regulating competition, including Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 of 20 January 2004 of the European Union and any analogous or similar Laws of any foreign jurisdiction.
Other Antitrust Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1.1.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Other Antitrust Laws” excludes any Law, the primary purpose of which is to regulate foreign investment, including Articles L. 151-3 et seq. and R. 151-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code Monétaire et Financier).
Other Antitrust Laws means any Governmental Entity, any other filings, reports, information and documentation required for the transactions contemplated hereby pursuant to any Laws relating to antitrust and competition applicable to the Company or its Subsidiaries.
