Reference is hereby made to that certain Mezzanine Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of January 26, 2024 (as from time to time amended, supplemented or restated, the “Loan Agreement”), by and among IQHQ-Alewife Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), NREF, in its capacity as lender, OSL, and such other Persons as may become Lenders in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement, and NREF, in its capacity as administrative agent (“Administrative Agent”).
For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the Client to take its own initiative to contact OSL and/or OSL Group Companies to check the status of any Instructions given through ETF.

If an Employee’s need for OSL is not foreseeable, Employee shall notify their Selectemp representative, via the MAIN office line (Texting or Emailing will not be allowed as the main line allows for everyone to have needed information for tracking and notification to customers) of the need to use OSL, a minimum of 30 minutes before the start of the Employee’s scheduled work shift or as soon thereafter as practicable in the event of an unforeseen emergency.
